Sophie Todd (Mrs Toddy) curiosity into alternative medicine started from her time living in Bali and exploring the Indonesian islands.

At the time Sophie was suffering from chronic period pain and lower back inflammation which led to her discovering the benefits of Jamu, traditional Javanese plant-based medicine.

Sophie began working with Indonesian healers on several formulations using a unique brewing method to activate the ingredients for a more stringent effect. On her return to Sydney, she started developing her range of health tonics at her home in Avalon beach with a small loyal customer base. This eventually led to her collaboration with Australian food scientists and using high quality ingredients from Australian farms.

Sophie’s variety of formulas formed the basis of her now popular health tonic range called Mrs Toddy’s Tonic. Paul Todd (Coach Toddy)

Paul Todd (Coach Toddy) is an experienced “Wellbeing Coach” with 40 years in the health and wellness industry opening his first clinic in Kerry Packers Hyde Park club in 1983, Paul has also added multiple qualifications in the health & wellbeing space over the decades and with several qualifications in this field.

Paul’s clients have included elite athletes, the film and fashion industry, business leaders and the broader community. Paul also gives his time as a volunteer mentor through Foundation WOW a surf therapy program for mental health and coaches the art of boxing for self-esteem with teenagers.
